Welcome to ReliveX360 ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a comprehensive management platform for studios, coaches, and wellness professionals, alongside a dedicated application for their members. Studios & Staff: Owners, coaches, and team members who subscribe to our SaaS platform.
End Users: Members/Clients who use the application to interact with their studio, receive nutrition/workout plans, and track progress.
Our Role: Controller vs. Processor
For Studio Data: ReliveX360 acts as the Data Controller. We manage the business information of the studios that subscribe to our service.
For Member Data: ReliveX360 acts as the Data Processor. The Studio is the Data Controller. We process member data (fitness metrics, chats, sessions, wellness plans) solely on behalf of the Studio to provide the service.
Regulatory Compliance
We process information in compliance with global data protection standards, including GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and other local privacy regulations. Where required, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with Studios to ensure the secure and lawful handling of user information.Information We Collect
A. Information Provided by Studios (The Customer)
Account Information: Name, email, billing info, and professional certifications.
Staff Data: Information regarding coaches and trainers added to the dashboard.
B. Information Provided by or about End Users (The Member)
Personal Identifiers: Name, contact details, age, gender.
Wellness & Fitness Data:
Performance Metrics: Weight, body measurements, activity levels, and wellness markers.
Activity Plans: Nutrition logs, dietary preferences, workout routines, and fitness history entered by the studio staff.
Progress Tracking: Photos (before/after), exercise logs, and task completion status.
Communication: Messages exchanged via the in-app chat between the member and the studio staff.
Scheduling: Session history and upcoming bookings.
C. Automatically Collected Data
Usage Data: IP address, device type, and usage patterns (features used, session duration).
Cookies: We use cookies to improve the Services and understand usage patterns.
Consent to Processing Wellness Data
By using the Services, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your wellness and fitness information as described in this Policy to help you achieve your performance goals.How We Use Your Information
