Welcome to ReliveX360 ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a comprehensive management platform for clinics, doctors, and health professionals, alongside a dedicated application for their clients. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. This policy applies to:

  • Clinics & Staff: Owners, doctors, and team members who subscribe to our SaaS platform.

  • End Users: Patients/Clients who use the application to interact with their clinic, receive nutrition/workout plans, and track progress.

2. Our Role: Controller vs. Processor

To ensure clarity regarding data responsibility:

  • For Clinic Data: ReliveX360 acts as the Data Controller. We manage the business information of the clinics that subscribe to our service.

  • For End User (Patient) Data: ReliveX360 acts as the Data Processor. The Clinic is the Data Controller. We process patient data (health metrics, chats, appointments, medical plans) solely on behalf of the Clinic to provide the service.

3. Regulatory Compliance

We process personal and health-related information in compliance with applicable data protection and healthcare privacy laws, including where applicable:

HIPAA (U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)

GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation)

Data Processing Agreements: Where required by law, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPA) or Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with Clinics to ensure compliant handling of protected health information.

4. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

A. Information Provided by Clinics (The Customer)

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, professional license details, and billing information.

  • Staff Data: Information regarding doctors and staff members added to the panel.

B. Information Provided by or about End Users (The Patient)

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, contact details, age, gender.

  • Health & Wellness Data (Sensitive Data):

    • Medical Metrics: Pain index levels, weight, body measurements, and other health markers.

    • Medical Treatment: Details regarding prescribed medications, dosage, treatment plans, and medical history notes entered by the clinic staff.

    • Plans: Nutrition plans, dietary preferences, workout routines, and fitness logs.

    • Progress Tracking: Photos (before/after), logs, and completion status of assigned tasks.

  • Communication Data: Messages exchanged via the in-app chat between the patient and the clinic staff.

  • Scheduling: Appointment history and upcoming visits.

C. Automatically Collected Usage Data & Cookies

  • Usage Data: When you access our platform or app, we may collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser version, and usage patterns (e.g., features used, session duration).


  • Cookies and Analytics: We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve the Services and understand usage patterns. You may disable cookies through your device settings.

5. Consent to Processing Health Data

By using the Services, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your health and wellness information as described in this Policy.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To enable clinics to manage patients, assign medical and nutrition plans, and monitor progress.

  • Communication: To facilitate the chat function between doctors and patients and to send appointment reminders.

  • Platform Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve the ReliveX360 user experience.

  • Security & Compliance: To prevent fraud and ensure the security of our infrastructure.

We do not sell personal health data to third parties.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting services like AWS/Azure, email delivery systems). These vendors are bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

  • Business Transfers: If ReliveX360 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal and health data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and to comply with legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized upon termination of the clinic’s subscription or upon lawful request.

9. Your Rights

For Clinics (Customers) You can access, update, or delete your clinic's account information directly through the admin panel.

For End Users (Patients) Since ReliveX360 processes your data on behalf of your Clinic, your rights regarding your data include (where applicable):

  • Accessing your data.

  • Correcting inaccurate data.

  • Deleting data.

  • Restricting processing.

  • Data portability.

  • Objecting to processing.

  • Filing a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact your Clinic directly. As the Data Controller, they will instruct us to take necessary action.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without parental consent.

11. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your data. This includes:

  • Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.

  • Strict access controls for our internal staff.

  • Regular backups to prevent data loss. However, please note that no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

If you are accessing ReliveX360 from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a different jurisdiction. We take all necessary steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.
