Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ReliveX360 ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.Definitions
"Studio" / "Subscriber": The fitness center, gym, wellness studio, or performance professional purchasing a subscription to the ReliveX360 platform.
"End User" / "Member": The individual client or member invited by a Studio to use the application.
"You": Refers to both Studios and End Users, unless specified otherwise.
IMPORTANT: Wellness Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: ReliveX360 is a technology platform for fitness and wellness management, not a healthcare provider.
No Professional Advice: The content, tools, and services provided by ReliveX360 (including wellness indices, nutrition logs, workout routines, and habit tracking) are for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
Studio Responsibility: Any training plans, nutritional guidance, or wellness instructions found in the app are entered and managed solely by the Studio/Coach. ReliveX360 is not responsible for the accuracy or safety of these instructions.
Member Responsibility: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on the ReliveX360 app.
Emergencies: If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the in-app chat for emergency communication.
Physical Activity Risk Acknowledgment
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, fitness programs, and wellness activities involves inherent risks. By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that ReliveX360 shall not be liable for any injury arising from your participation in any workout or fitness plan provided through the platform.
Physician Consultation: You agree to consult a physician before beginning any strenuous exercise program.
User Accounts
Access Levels: * Studios: Responsible for managing access permissions for their staff (coaches, trainers, admins).
Members: Access is granted solely at the discretion of the Studio.
Use of Services & User Content
A. For Studios (Subscribers)
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary professional certifications required to provide the fitness or wellness services you offer through our platform.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter, including the accuracy of workout instructions and member guidance.
You must obtain necessary consents from your members to input their data into our system.
B. For End Users (Members)
You are granted a limited license to use the app for your personal fitness tracking as directed by your Studio.
Privacy and Data Protection
The use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process information in accordance with applicable data protection laws to provide a secure environment for your fitness data.Intellectual Property
Our Rights: ReliveX360 owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (software, design, and code).
Your Data: You retain ownership of the data you upload (e.g., member records, progress photos).
Payment and Subscription (For Studios)
Access is subject to the payment of subscription fees. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with outstanding balances.Limitation of Liability
Specific to Fitness/Wellness: ReliveX360 is not liable for any personal injury or health changes resulting from the use of nutrition plans or workout routines provided by the Studio through our system.Governing Law
